Publishing.

I have been working in book production and publishing since the tail end of paste-up. I have seen the process evolve and morph from hand-set layouts to coding ebooks, but in the end it hasn’t really changed that much. A book, in whatever form, that clearly presents its ideas in an understandable and consumable fashion and is reproducible for the masses is performing the same function as the first texts that ran off of Gutenberg’s press.

It is a form that I love and am always striving to move forward with as both technology and audiences evolve.
